Restaurant “Knusperstübchen”
Our “Knusperstübchen” restaurant is open daily between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. We serve our lavish Flair breakfast from the buffet here between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Between 12:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. you can enjoy our seasonal culinary delights and in the afternoon you can expect freshly baked waffles with home-made warm cherries and vanilla ice cream.

Zwergenstübchen
Our dwarf nest is the perfect space for smaller groups. With 28 sqm, it offers space for block seating of up to 10 people. The room is flooded with daylight and offers an inspiring atmosphere. Room rental: full-time 55,00 €, half-day 35,00 €.
Schneewittchen
The meeting room ''Snow White'' offers you plenty of natural light on 36 sqm. With parliamentary seating, you can comfortably seat up to 12 people. In U-shape, ''Snow White'' can accommodate up to 14 people. Room rental: full-time €65.00, half-day €45.00.
Tagungsraum Hänsel
Unser Tagungsraum Hänsel bietet auf 38 qm viel Tageslicht. Bei parlamentarischer Bestuhlung oder U-Form können Sie bequem mit bis zu 15 Personen tagen. Der Raum ist bei Bedarf kombinierbar mit dem Raum Gretel. Raummiete: ganztags 65,00 €, halbtags 45,00 €.

Our meeting room ''Gretel'' offers a lot of natural light on 45 sqm. With parliamentary seating, you can accommodate 20 people. In U-shape you can easily meet with up to 15 people. If necessary, the room can be combined with the Hänsel room. Room rental: full-time €65.00, half-day €45.00.
Tagungsraum Hänsel & Gretel
Combined, our two rooms offer ''Hänsel & Gretel'' on 83 sqm of natural light. With parliamentary seating, you can accommodate 50 people. In U-shape you can easily meet with up to 30 people. Room rental: full-time €85.00, half-day €55.00.

Weser mountains
Historic towns such as Hameln or Höxter with their half-timbered houses and buildings from the Weser Renaissance style take visitors back to a different time. Fragrant tours or culinary guided tours address all senses equally. The present-day Corvey Castle and the UNESCO world Heritage Site in Höxter was a free estate Benedictine abbey up to 1792 and a dominant cultural centre with its valuable library in the Middle Ages. An excellent way to discover the wild nature is by bike along the Weser-Radweg, by foot on the Weserbergland-Weg or by boot on the Weser.
