Your tasks:

  • Supervision, control and participation in the preparation and production of meals
  • The care for a functional, economical use of personnel and goods in the entire kitchen area
  • The guarantee and responsibility for specified quality standards
  • Personal responsibility and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)
  • Think, work and act in the interests of the company
  • The design of the rosters for the kitchen team
  • Optimal ordering

  • You are a warm host and enjoy cooking
    Apprenticeship or several years of experience in the hotel or catering industry
  • Creativity in dealing with food
  • Independent and conscientious work
  • Ability to work in a team and friendly interaction with one another

The Flair Hotel Grüner Baum has been owned by the Preis family since 1875. In 2012 the Flair Hotel was handed over to the next generation, Mr. Michael Preis.

In addition, the rooms were completely renovated and refurbished in 2016-2018.

The Flair Hotel Grüner Baum has received several awards, including the Flair Chef of the Year 2018.
